POLYMER CLAY PRODUCTS

Please note that I am for the best quality but as my earrings are handmade they may have minor imperfections. Every pair is cut, baked, sanded, drilled, then packaged by me.

 

If you are unhappy with your order, you must contact me within one week of receiving your order and I would be happy to come to a solution so you walk away happy! The buyer is responsible for any return costs. Each pair of earrings are unique and exchange may not be possible with low stock.

After I have dropped off your order with Canada Post I cannot be held liable for any shipping issues from their end. I will not be able to provide refunds for any issues under this basis.

I am not liable to replace any earrings that break after they are in your hands. While polymer clay is quite sturdy, it still requires some extra care. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please email me at unaveragely.kenz@gmail.com and we'll find a solution.

PRINTED PRODUCTS

Digital products are not available for refund once it has been purchased.
